The woman, who shall go by Jane Doe from now on in this article, said that two of his friends sexually assaulted her repeatedly.
According to the lawsuit filed by the women’s rights activist, Gloria Allred, “Young Lo” Grisson Junior invited Jane to an afterparty at a recording studio after they had met at the 1 Oak Nightclub on the 23rd of February.
She went along with one of her roommates to the studio but they became uncomfortable after Brown demanded that they get rid of their phones. After asking to have their phones back, Grissom supposedly told them the party was moving to Chris Brown’s house.
The situation got worse when Doe couldn’t answer her mother’s telephone calls and because of that, her mom went on to call the police. The authorities arrived at the home of the singer to look for her, and men in the house supposedly had access to all kinds of guns and drugs.
Grissom and another woman then took her up to a room and wouldn’t allow her to leave, and they then grabbed her by the throat and forced her to perform oral sex.
Grissom then raped her in a shower and once again in the bedroom. During a conference on Wednesday afternoon, the woman’s lawyer said it was one of the worst cases of sexual assault she had ever seen.
In response to the allegations, every party involved has vehemently denied the allegations. As you may know, this isn’t the first time Brown has found himself in trouble with the authorities, as he has been slapped with a restraining order before, as well as implicated in the infamous Rihanna case in 2009.
