It seems like Blac Chyna is determined to sue everyone in the Kardashian-Jenner clan. The latest Keeping Up with the Kardashians star to be served with a lawsuit by Dream’s mother is none other than Kylie!
New reports have revealed that Chyna is determined to prove in court that the makeup mogul stole her reality show money!
In fact, a few of the famous family’s members have already been sued by the former stripper for supposedly interfering with her E! star status.
Now, Blac Chyna is accusing Kylie of taking up the slot her reality TV show with baby daddy Rob Kardashian would’ve had otherwise.
Her legal team argues in court documents that ‘The money paid to the Defendants for their services on Life of Kylie was acquired through unlawful means of interfering with her contract for the second season of Rob and Chyna.’
As a result, Blac Chyna believes that everything Jenner earned from her spin-off show actually belongs to her.
As you may be aware, this is part of an older and larger lawsuit against Rob and momager Kris Jenner, as well as sisters Khloe and Kim Kardashian.
Chyna has accused all of them of intentionally sabotaging the previously planned second season of Rob and Chyna which ended up not happening.
She is convinced the reality TV family conspired to ruin her career on the small screen following her split from Rob just out of bitterness and for revenge.
The lawsuit was filed in October of 2017 but the Kardashians have insisted that shooting a second season after Rob and Chyna’s split in July of last year would have been legally impossible because the mother of two got a restraining order against the only Kardashian son!
