It looks like Drake decided to unfollow Rihanna on Instagram! This news comes after the former girlfriend slammed their friendship during an interview for Vogue.
Just days after Rihanna revealed that his VMA speech made her quite uncomfortable, Drake reportedly got rid of the social media link with the ex.
Fans were quick to notice he had unfollowed Rihanna but many also pointed out that she is not following him on Instagram either.
‘Drake unfollowed Rihanna, yet he was the one who told us to be nice for what,’ one user wrote.
‘Drake probably got tired of seeing Rihanna be fine as hell on his timeline and knowing he would never get her again was probably too much for him,’ yet another comment read.
The thing that might have gotten Drake all upset is Rihanna’s following quote: ‘The VMAs is such a fan focused awards show, so having all that energy around me, and knowing the people who’d received the award in the past, made it seem like a big deal. Waiting through that speech was probably the most uncomfortable part. I do not like too many compliments. I do not like to be put on blast.’
She went on to deny they are still close: ‘We do not have a friendship now, but we are not enemies either. It is what it is.’
But while she slammed Drake, Rihanna couldn’t stop gushing over her current man, Hassan Jameel.
‘I used to feel guilty about taking personal time, but I also think I never met someone who was worth it before,’ she stated, pretty much slamming all of her exes, including Drake and Chris Brown.
Rihanna made it clear that while there is no bad blood between her and the rapper, he, or anyone else for that matter, just doesn’t compare to Hassan!
