Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have been one of Hollywood’s favorite couples for a long time now, ever since her breakup with Tom Cruise back in 2012. To make their coupling even more interesting, they’re almost never pictured together in public.

It’s clear they know how to keep their romance away from the press and the tabloid paparazzi. However, according to sources, it looks like they might be getting ready for the next step in their relationship.

If the reports are true, Jamie is ready to get married. Sources who sat down with us explained, “after they went public, it got really hard fast.”

“Whenever you’re in the media spotlight like that, there’s a lot of attention to all kinds of salacious details, whether they’re true or not. But it looks like Jamie is seriously considering popping the question.”

The insider added, “Katie has felt like a very strong and independent woman after divorcing Tom Cruise, but the media attention has broken her spirit a few times in the past. She’s unsure if she’ll say ‘yes,’ but we’re pretty sure she will.”

The source shared, “if they do get married, it will be a very small, private, and cozy ceremony. It won’t be elaborate or over the top or anything like that.”

“It certainly won’t be comparable to the royal wedding, that’s for sure.” Additionally, the insider claims that Katie would want to get married in Paris, France because it’s one of her favorite cities.

The news might come as a surprise to many, as Foxx has said in the past that he and Cruise were “good friends.” During an interview in 2012 with Extra, Jamie said Tom was very professional and proper when handling his divorce.
