The actress and singer has revealed the one thing she’s never told her boyfriend – until now! It is a well-known fact that Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are going strong and that they always confide in each other about pretty much anything.
However, it turns out that J.Lo. has been keeping a secret from him ever since they started dating!
Today, Jennifer was a guest on Ellen DeGeneres’ show and that is when she talked about one of their first dates and why he did not think it was a ‘date!’
‘He always says this. We have a bit of a thing about this because he asked me. He was like, ‘Let’s go out to dinner.’ And I go, ‘OK,’ right? I think that is a date. And then, after we have this date, he goes, ‘Oh, I did not think it was a date, I did not know if you were seeing anyone or whatever.’ And I said, ‘I would not have gone out with you if I was seeing someone else.’ He goes, ‘Well, I don’t know!’ Lopez stated.
According to her, the man felt like their meet-up had ‘turned into a date’ when he texted Jennifer from the bathroom.
‘It was so cute. We were having our ‘not date,’ according to him, and we were eating dinner and whatever, and we were getting to know each other. Then he goes to the bathroom for a second. I am just sitting there, you know, just waiting on my phone,’ she recalled.
‘I texted someone, ‘I am with Alex Rodriguez!’ My girlfriend who knew him and I was like, ‘Guess who I am with? Alex!’ He does not know that part,’ Jennifer revealed.
When he was returning to their table, J.Lo. got a text and she thought it was her pal replying, but it was actually Alex.
His text read: ‘You look sexy AF. He could not say it, so he texted it. I was wearing a turtleneck and baggy pants; it was really cute.’
