La La Kent’s Father Passes Away And Randall Emmett Is Her “Rock” To Rely On

Just a couple of days after the passing of her father, La La Kent took to Instagram to thank her main man, Randall Emmett, for being the “rock” during the most difficult time of her life. The reality star shared a picture of herself cuddling up to Randall recently and shared a caption commemorating her deceased father.

Back in January of this year, La La revealed that she had been dating Emmett after he divorced from Ambyr Childers at the end of 2017.

Before then, Emmett had frequently been in the back of her Instagram stories, but rarely in her feed. However, after she told the world of their relationship, they’ve been sharing the love in public ever since.

Last week, on Thursday, some of her co-stars on Vanderpump Rules including Katie Maloney, Kristen Doute, Ariana Madix, and Brittany Cartwright, made the trip to Utah to honor their co-worker’s late father.

An obituary for Kent’s dad described him as the “life of the party,” and his sense of humor often rubbed off on people in a big way. Because of his natural charisma, he often made people feel “special.”

In the past, La La revealed that she and her father often talked about everything in life. Their relationship was particularly close, so his death has been incredibly tragic for her.

As for her relationship with Emmett, some fans have expressed shock over the large age difference between the two. Additionally, fans thought they were married because she once wore a ring on her wedding finger, sparking rumors of a possible engagement.

As you may know, Kent found herself in the media for other reasons lately, notably, her connection to Jennifer Lawrence. Lawrence previously referred to Kent as a “c*nt” which really bothered her. La La pointed out that if J-Law was really for women’s rights, she wouldn’t use such disparaging terms, especially one meant especially for women.
