Woman Sues Chris Brown After Alleged ‘Traumatizing’ Assault During A House Party At His Place!

We hear that Chris Brown is involved in a huge legal scandal. The star is being sued by a woman who claims she got sexually assaulted while at his house.

According to the official court papers initially obtained by E! News, the alleged victim, only referred to as Jane Doe to protect her identity, is suing both Brown as well as Lowell Grissom Jr. for intentional emotional distress infliction, negligence, battery, and sexual assault!

During a press conference captured by TMZ, lawyer Gloria Allred, stated: ‘Our client was invited to an ‘after party’ at a recording studio to meet defendants Grissom also known as Young Lo and Brown. When the woman arrived, her phone was taken away from her. She was told Brown didn’t want anyone to have their phones in the studio.’

‘Our client claims in the lawsuit she was forced to go to Brown’s home because she perceived she would only be able to retrieve her phone there.

The legal representative went on to claim that ‘Brown handed each of the female guests, including the plaintiff a clear pill filled with white powder and told them to take it in order to have a ‘good time.’ Plaintiff didn’t follow these instructions and declined to consume the pill or the pills.’

Gloria also explained that her client was really ‘scared and intimated’ upon realizing the defendants were in possession of many firearms as well as ‘intimidated by the aggressive behavior’ some of Chris Brown’s house guests were displaying.

The lawyer added during the press conference: ‘The lawsuit alleges that while she was at Brown’s house, the plaintiff became the victim of a horrific sexual assault, which is described in our lawsuit.

This is one of the most horrific sexual assault cases I’ve ever seen, and client Jane Doe has been seriously traumatized by what she was forced to suffer.’

Chris Brown is yet to react to the shocking accusations.
