We have learned that Meghan Markle’s maid of honor on her big day is not going to be Kate Middleton! Then, who is the one to hold her bouquet when she says ‘I do’ and officially becomes part of the royal family?
Apparently, she is actually not going to have one even though Prince Harry has chosen to have his older brother Prince William to act as his best man.
One palace source has revealed that ‘She has a really close-knit circle of friends and she did not want to choose one over another. All of them have been actively involved in helping her prepare for the big day and will be there in the days leading to it. She is very happy to have their support.’
‘Meghan’s chosen to have her closest pals by her side on her big day,’ one other insider stated before hinting that Jessica Mulroney, Lindsay Roth, and Misha Nonoo, to just name a few, are going to be there to support the bride.
Previously we have also learned that Meghan decided to invite both of her divorced parents Doria Ragland and Thomas Markle to the highly-anticipated wedding.
The nuptials will take place at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on May 19.
The actress’ mom and dad will be flying into London a few days before the ceremony in order to bond with some of the royal family members, including the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh.
Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate Middleton’s kids Prince George, 4 and 3-year-old Princess Charlotte are going to have roles in the ceremony.
As for the guests, we know that Patrick J. Adams, Priyanka Chopra and Serena Williams, all close friends of Meghan’s, are going to be there.
